《本心》 / Essence

永远不要向外界寻找依赖——

比如“正能量”、比如“安全感”。

一旦这些事物被抽离，

你就会感到更加不安。

在外面是寻求不到事情的本质的。

无论你怎么寻找，

你得到的都只是印象。

想要找到内心的真理，

就必须从内心出发。

心即性，性即天。

我的正能量，

来自我对内在需求的补充。

我的安全感，

来自我对人生不安全的

充分体验。

Never seek your anchor in the outside world —

not in “positivity,”

not in “safety.”

Because once those things are taken away,

you’ll only feel more lost.

You can’t find the essence of things

out there.

No matter how hard you search,

you’ll only touch the surface —

the impression.

To reach truth,

you must begin within.

The heart is nature, and nature is heaven.

My positivity

comes from meeting my own inner needs.

My sense of safety

comes from fully experiencing

life’s inherent uncertainty.
